Using GMP on Visual studio .NET in c#

Hello, I need to use (mainly declare type) GMP on Visual Studio .NET in c# language on windows, is it possible??  If no how i can do on linux/unix???   I see this link: http://cvs.savannah.gnu.org/viewcvs/dotgnu-libs/GMP-Sharp/ , how I can use this code? Thanks a lot,       Enrico
