gmpxx features

Hi,

I have some questions about the (lack of) support of the gmpxx 4.1.4.
Please see this as a feature request if applicable.

- Why isnt everything in a namespace like gmp or gmpxx ?
- Are the mpz_mulm etc. function that calculate modulo something missing
for a special reason? 

- Is there a way to make the c++ parts (maybe the C too) use the
functions as inline assembler functions ? this way data thats in
registers etc. might be reusable and things can be optimized even
better. Or has there been done already research on this part that shows
its not usable ?
