Gladman mpfr

Hello,

I refer to the work done by Brian Gladman for
making it an out-of-the box experience for GMP
for Visual C++ users.

The patches to make gmp and mpfr compile in VC-7 are
for mpfr-2.1.1

Are there plans to upgrade to mpfr-2.2.

If not can the authors tell what they did, before
I try to  run diff and do reverse engineering.
