64-bit GMP on Apple G5/OS X v10.4 (Rev 1)

This is a modified repost of a message that I sent out earlier this week describing how to build GMP-4.1.4 for 64-bit operation using Apple OS X v10.4 on its G5 (PowerPC970) models.

In the previous post's attachment I inadvertently left out some copyright dates in some of the files in the "970" folder. Please discard the old G5_64bit_files.zip archive and its "970" folder/files and use the G5_64bit_files_rev1.zip archive attached here. (I hope I got it right this time!)

The attached G5_64bit_files_rev1.zip archive contains the following:
 a file named G5_64bit_install.txt which gives the overall procedure with build instructions,
 a file named G5_64bit_patches.txt which has all of the configuration and code patches needed for existing GMP-4.1.4 files.
 a folder named "970"which contains ten new files specifically for the Apple G5 (PowerPC970) models using  OS X v10.4.
