You should consider using free tools.  There are severe limits on how
much we will do to support egregiously non-free software like msvc.

Mingw, cygwin and djgpp are all good tools, if you can't install an
entirely free system.  Mingw will cooperate with msvc in most cases.

I'm not aware of a pre-built mpfr.
