GMP with MPFR for Windows

I've built GMP with MPFR on Windows using MinGW, and recommend that as the
path of least resistance.

I'm really a novice in Unix/C land, so the fact that I was able to do it at
all without too much hassle should speak for itself ;)

I do have to add that the version of MPFR that is included with GMP does
seem to be a little buggy, and I've had problems with it. It's unclear to me
how the GMP MPFR component is maintained, whether it's actually being kept
up-to-date with the "master" MPFR, or what...

Cheers
