We pay attention to such things when we know about them.  Intel and
AMD have reasonable technical docs, we never found anything from cyrix
though.

mpn/x86/*.asm is only sort of generic x86, so may not have all the
tweaks possible.  The next release is going to make a runtime
selection among the optimized versions instead, which should be a
better scheme.
