Help stabilising mini-gmp

That's t-powm. I can reproduce that one locally.

I left

  while GMP_CHECK_RANDOMIZE=0 ./t-gcd ; do : ; done

running over night, with no failures (64-bit x86_64, gcc-6). 

But I can reproduce the problem with the data from
shell.gmplib.org-stat-clang35-clang++35-fat:32.txt, 

   GMP_CHECK_RANDOMIZE=1479112190 ./t-gcd

So this one isn't clang only.
