./configure failed on cygwin

I am not sure I follow your notation.

Are you saying that the command "config.guess", when run on your system,
cannot unlink its own temp files?  This is a strange behavior that must
be addressed locally.  Somehow your system allows creation but not
deletion of files...
  
  The problem is, I want to compile gmp on Windows with cygwin I got errors
  from ./configure.

It would help if you told us which errors you're getting.  Is it just
the file deletion problem?  It seemed harmless if I understand correctly
your notation.
