./configure failed on cygwin

Dear Torbjörn,

Thanks for your quick reply.

I've found out that it's my antivirus problem, after I turned it off,
compiled it again, I've looked through config.log and it says that a.exe
can't run even it's exits as shown in attached picture. ( I also include NEW
config.log for you.)
