./configure failed on cygwin

Essential Information

   - GMP version 5.0.2
   - GCC compiler version 4.5.3
   - The output from running 'uname -a' -- CYGWIN_NT-5.1 SARUN
   1.7.9(0.237/5/3) 2011-03-29 10:10 i686 Cygwin
   - ./config.guess

rm: cannot remove `dummy-4264': Permission denied
> core2-pc-cygwin


   - ./configfsf.guess

i686-pc-cygwin


   - config.log -- in attachment

The problem is, I want to compile gmp on Windows with cygwin I got errors
from ./configure.
 I've already attach config.log for you.
