Blocking emails from Microsoft-hosted Exchange/Office 365?

We are aware of that.

We saw little interest from Microsoft/Github to address this behaviour.
They made some victim blaming, and that was it.

The GMP team has no time for playing games with actors which abuse
others' servers.  We could open up for Microsoft/Github again, but we
have no reason to believe the DDoS would not be repeated.  That would
cost us time we do not have.
