building gmp for ios on Mac

There was never any need to virtualise a Mac in order to run GMP.  And
still today, Macos is programmable without paying an annual Apple tax.
Apple's Ios is a different story.

(The GMP project does not have Ios hardware, nor are we willing to use
our time for porting to a closed platform, nor are we willing to pay the
annual Apple tax for the porting and regression testing.)
