simplify GMP benchmarking

Hi, Everyone, 

Since GMPbench was mentioned in adjacent mailing list (https://gmplib.org/list-archives/gmp-bugs/2016-May/subject.html ), got additional question to GMP Developers. 

I s it possible to make GMPbench a part of GMP? Similar already done for MPFR (see http://gforge.inria.fr/scm/viewvc.php/mpfr/trunk/tools/bench/ ), and it's pretty convenient to build MPFR benchmark with other tools . 

Or could you share link, if this was discussed before.
