Building GMP 6.0 for Ivy Bridge

Marc,

I tried the latest daily snapshot and ran "./configure".
I get: 

Host type:         x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu

So I guess GMP's "automagic" is not working as well as one would hope.
Let me know if there is some config patch you want me to try.

I'm not sure what it is about my system that would be "fooling" GMP.

Anyway, like I said: --build=coreisbr-unknown-linux-gnu
seems to do the trick for me.

If you can't get the automagic working, it would at least be nice if the
documentation provided the necessary information.  I had to
get the "coreisbr" by looking through the source code until I found
something about ivy bridge.
