We have no evidence that AVX instructions is the problem in the first
place.  Any reasoning staring with the assumption rthat AVX is the
problem seem like a waste of time.

  I hope this info is usefull to you guys.
  
The only useful thing at this point is determining which instructions
fail.  If you are unwilling to do that, then we'll get nowhere here.
