I added the config now, see "shell.gmplib.org-stat-g++48-g++48" about
halfway down the table.  It is easy to find, it's one of few that are
not green.


Niels and Marco, I hope you have time to fix mini-gmp.h since it now
blocks C++ builds.  I'll fix any remaining gremlins.
