Help making on Windows64 w/Cygwin

Hi Abdulrahman,

You are using the mailing list just fine. Please try configuring without
any options. If `make` still fails after that, post here again with the
output from `./configure`, `make`, and the other information listed in
https://gmplib.org/manual/Reporting-Bugs.html.
