compling gmp-5.1.2

  i tried to install gmp.lib to use pbc.lib.
  
  first i typed ./configure to install and it run smoothly.

  make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found.  Stop.
  
  can u help? thanks..

Did you read the last lines of configure's output?  I bet there's an
error message there.  (Since you give about zero infomation, we cannot
guide you very much.)
