GMP-Chudnovsky, multipthread version

Hello gmp-discuss,

Attached you will find patched (old) version of gmp-chudnovsky, which
allows you to use any number of threads. Basic idea is to interfere in
stack of calls and put here parallization.

Program arguments are same, except new third argument: it is number of
threads you want to use.

Program was tested on IA64, x86 and amd64.

Code based on a little outdated version of gmp-chudnovsky.c . If
someone is interested in it, I can merge changes with new
gmp-chudnovsky.
