On the money.

I don't think it is useful to make an absolute interpretation of the
term "portable".  There are more things GMP does not run on that
things it runs on.  Just imagine all those coffee machine types out
there; I bet GMP supports very few of them.
If the text in the GMP needs clarification in this respect, please let
me know.
