GMP 4.2.2 Build for Visual Studio 2005

That would be much appreciated.  I just upgraded to Vista 64-bit and don't
have Visual Studio installed but wish to use GMP and MPFR using my Eiffel
compiler which can use libs built for the Microsoft compiler.

Yes, I have updated the MPFR build project to MPFR-2.3.0 and this
supports 32 and 64 bit builds of both static and dynamic link
libraries.  I used to build GMP and MPFR together but they are now
seperate builds.

If you are after MPFR binaries I can build them and I feel sure that
Michael Abshoff will host them.
