Hello Chris

Yes, I have updated the MPFR build project to MPFR-2.3.0 and this
supports 32 and 64 bit builds of both static and dynamic link
libraries.  I used to build GMP and MPFR together but they are now
seperate builds.

If you are after MPFR binaries I can build them and I feel sure that
Michael Abshoff will host them.
