rent a coder

Hello,
 
I would like to "rent" a C/C++, GMP coder to build a quite simple mathematics research program. Do you know where I can ask for it? 
 
Also, I would like to know if to add to this program a graphic interface (rather than a MS-DOS interface) will slow down calculations? (The interface is used only at the beginning to set-up parameters, not after having started calculations.)
