infinite precision integers in C++ (proposal N2020)

       Dear all,

I was told by Sylvain Pion about a public proposal for infinite precision
integers in C++:

(Two proposals were rejected last year, this is a 2nd try.)

Comments can be posted to the comp.std.c++ newsgroup (please put N2020
in the title).

The next C++ meeting, which should discuss this draft, is in October.
