Converting mpz_t to mpf_t

The functions for conversion to/from mpz_t and mpf_t
are mpf_set_z and mpz_set_f.

They are recorded under "Assignment Functions", in the
"Integer Functions" and "Floating-point Functions"
sections of the manual.

Perhaps they might be listed (also) under "Conversion
functions" in future manual releases?  When I first
went looking for type-conversion functions that's
where I looked.  ;-)
