GMP Questions

Hi,

 

I am having a problem with GMP and am not sure what is wrong.  I am
trying to install with ./configure, and it is getting hung up on about
line 3780, with  an eval of:

"gcc 2>&1 | grep xlc >/dev/null"

 

I am fairly new to linux, so I'm not sure what this means or what is
going on.  gcc seems to be working in general, so I'm not sure what's
wrong with this line.

 

I would appreciate any help that you could offer me.  Thank you!
