GMP_LIMB_BYTES and mpf_t extra item.

Sorry, only the bit limb count is exported.

  * mpf_t : 4 extra bytes can not be called an issue these days not even
    if you use hundreds ore more mpf_t elements.

Depends on application, I suppose.  And caches are finate even
these days.
