GMP_LIMB_BYTES and mpf_t extra item.

* GMP_LIMB_BYTES : where is it ? I was not able to find anything like it
  in gmp.h not even when searching for " 4" (blank,digit 4).
  Nothing is explicitely defined to be 4 except __GNU_MP__ .

* mpf_t : 4 extra bytes can not be called an issue these days not even
  if you use hundreds ore more mpf_t elements.
