GMP For Windows

Hi All,
 
I am new to this user list and was hoping to get some help on GMP
installation.
I was trying to install Math::GMP from CPAN and it requires me to
install GMP library which brought me to this user list "grinning".
 
Does anyone knows if there is a GMP binary package?  I have downloaded
GMP and tried to compile it using nmake but it doesnt work.
Basically, I usually do the following to install a Perl module.
1) Makefile.PL
2) nmake
3) nmake test
4) nmake install
 
However, there isn't Makefile.PL for GMP.  Does anyone knows if GMP
works in a Windows XP OS environment.
 
I read the INSTALL document and it doesn't have specific installation
steps for Windows.
 
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
