New pre-compiled 4.1.4, new ftp address...

Just to let you know...

To continue with the tradition, I have pre-compiled GMP 4.1.4 as shared 
libraries (windows DLL) using MinGW.  Compilation is easy once you know how 
to do it, but still, it can be a bit akward for people used to the 
user-friendlyness of Windows.  I made my way through that too once :-).

Note that I changed my FTP address from dynip to dyndns.  This, first, 
because it's free (and open-domain), but mainly because I'm now behind a 
router box and that this box have built-in support for DynDNS.

So, you can find the pre-compiled dll at

Note that I'm not affiliated with the authors, and if someone have to be 
thank, it should be them, and all of you who contribute to the evolution, 
discussion, bug-report, ... of GNU-MP.

I've been pretty busy lately, and havn't followed much on the development of 
GMP.  Still, I managed to get some spare time to do some compilation.  Hope 
this will save some of you a lot of those spare time learning how to compile 
it :-)

I have included the DLL and the generated dll-def.  All x86 platforms 
(appart from x86-64) have been built with:

>./configure --enable-shared --disable-static -host=<target>-pc-mingw32
>make

  MinGW 3.1.0-1, gcc version 3.2.3 (mingw special 20030504-1)
  MSYS 1.0.10
