Version 4.1.5 or patch for powermod

A nice evenning,

Is the version 4.1.5 availible, or how can i patch the 4.1.4 version with
the patch for powermod for 64bit for an Athlon machine.
I have downloaded the patch and replace the code with the same function in
the library by the patch, the compiler says o.k. but the linker makes
problems.

Any suggestion how i can handle the problem.

I would like to see the speed of 64 bit
