gmpbench is intended for exactly what you are trying to do, i.e.
compare two platforms w.r.t. GMP performance. speed is more of a
low-level test that can give detailed information if you know how to
use it. I suggest you don't bother with speed until you're sure that
gmpbench isn't detailed enough for your needs.
