Massive test failures

Hi,

Consider that March 15 was the day chosen by the ca/browser forum
upon which the maximum acceptable TLS certificate validity interval
dropped from 398 days to 200 days.  Perhaps something in the process
is trying to use certificates that are now being rejected as
"invalid"?  (Without telling you which attributes of the certificate
are considered to be invalid or missing, of course.)
