  It is not clear which change could have caused this, but presumably my
  update to mpn/powerpc32/p7/gmp-mparam.h.
  
This was a bug in mpn/generic/div_qr_1.c.

The add_sssaaaa definition for powerpc had one operand specified
incorrectly.  But this macro was unused until the gmp-mparam.h update.
There is no visible problems with any releases.
