The power-aix aka gcc111 failures are gone.  The
sky.gmplib.org-dyn-fat-fake:64.txt is still there until sky runs again
(Tuesday).

There used to be over 500 failures due to the LD_LIBRARY_PATH/CFLAGS
problems, then various hacks brought it down.  Your proper fix seems to
solve the problems.

We're now down to 88 expected failures.  A mere 43 are related to
mini-gmp, some 10 to "hardened" GNU/Linux, the rest are long-standing
clang bugs.
