Debian jessie does not include the gmp documentation

Apparently they are stricter than that, since they excluded the GMP
manual.

I cannot be bothered by this while people which are should install
something else than Debian.  Some humans are sect builders where their
new sect is purer than the previous one.  The common phrase for this is
fundamentalism.
