Debian jessie does not include the gmp documentation

I'm pretty sure that debian policy is to reject a GNU FDL manual if and
only if the manual in question includes any invariant sections.

My opinion is that the invariant section stuff isn't worth it (I guess
it's intended for commercial printing operations, to force proper
credits on the covers, but I'm afraid the GMP manual is never going to
be a best seller on paper...), and I'd be perfectly happy to drop them.

There have been peace talks between debian and the FSF going on for some
time. :-|
