Let's desupport ABI=32 on amd64 chips under FreeBSD 9 and earlier.

Compiling 32-bit binaries there is poorly supported in many ways.

I'll mark the affected nightly builds as "expected broken".  Or disable
them altogether.

(The FreeBSD systems in the GMP test setup will move to NetBSD, except
the file server.)
