TODO for 5.2 v2

This is an updated list for the 5.2 release.  Again, please remind me
if I have forgotten something.

* Make mpn_sec_div_qr return high quotient limb and write just nn-dn
  quotient limbs to qp area.

* Document new mpn_sec_minvert and its itch function in gmp.texi.
* Add some other sec functions from Niels' list?

* Split up outer loops of mpn/x86_64/coreisbr/mul_basecase.asm.
* Split up outer loops of mpn/x86_64/coreihwl/mul_basecase.asm.

* Make sure the test suite exercises new sec code.  (The status can be
  gleaned at https://gmplib.org/devel/lcov/.)

* Run tuneup with large limits for critical machines, update many
  gmp-mparam.h files.  (Waiting for asm checkin.)

* Update config.guess and mpn/x86*/fat/fat.c with upcoming AMD and
  Intel CPUs.  (Waiting on input from AMD and Intel.)
