I haven't added 'lzcnt' yet to binutils, and I honestly see no urgency
to do so since anyone who wants to build correctly with all existing
tools will need to use 'lzd'. :-)

This goes back to the reason why I think these deprecations are silly,
especially since 'lzd' had only existed for a year when they decided to
deprecate it.
