I'd like to clarify this. I did not revoke my assignment for the new FFT code.
On the contrary, I sent a mail in December 2006 to the FSF (Torbjörn you were
in cc) telling that my contribution to the new FFT was covered by my previous
"assign future" papers. Pierrick and Alex also sent assignments for that work.
Thus I see no legal problems with this code.
