GMP build fail

 I have tried to build GMP 4.1.4 on spe191.testdrive.hp.com,
and it fails. Here is the system:

spe191> cc -V

 Default configure is to build with cc but it fails (config-cc.log and compil-cc.log).
 I have tried with GCC, but it fails too (config-gcc.log and compil-gcc.log).
