possible bug

Hi:

I'm trying to compile gcc using homebrew on mac 10,15.1
with Xcode 11.1 installed (xcode-select version 2370). This is on a
late 2013 macbook pro. It seems to fail on gmp.

Errors are below. Just reporting this as requested.
