mpz_out_str bug?: call mpz_out_str abortion on windows

There was an attachment to the original post.  I don't recommend any
Windoze user to unzip or use it; please just ignore it.

As for the bug report, there is probably not much anybody here can do
about it, I'm afraid.  I recommend the reporter to investigate the
observed strange behaviour, which cannot be explained from GMP's side.
