GMP 5.0.1 bug in t-perfpow.exe

  I compiled GMP 5.0.1 on an intel quad core Q9450 with WIndows XP 64bit on Msys / Mingw64 using:
  ./configure --build=core2-pc-mingw32
  make
  make check
  
  There is 1 single error out of 58 during "make check":
  
  n was destroyed, but perfpow_p still believes n is a perfect power
  This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
  Please contact the application's support team for more information.

This is probably another triggering of the test case bug patched some
weeks ago: http://gmplib.org:8000/gmp-5.0/raw-rev/794410151f5f

Please follow up with the results after appying this  patch!
