Have you read and followed the first three lines of the Installing GMP
section in the manual, http://gmplib.org/manual/Installing-GMP.html?

If you have (but it seems you haven't), then the place to continue is
http://gmplib.org/manual/Reporting-Bugs.html.  But please read the error
message from configure first.
