Missing slash in ftp URL

Hi,

A minor bug in the GMP manual (gmp.texi):

  @uref{ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/gmp}

There should be a slash at the end of the URL (RFC 1738, Section 3.2.2).
At least wget cannot handle the URL without the slash (Firefox 3
automatically adds the slash, but problably thanks to an additional
FTP command).
