Problem while installing GMP

I am sorry to say that I don't plan to work on fixing this.  Somebody
that knows libtool, and likes HP-UX and its "unbundled" compilers
might want to give it a try.

Until then, using the C++ interface in 64-bit mode under HP-UX is
unsupported.
