Hi,

I don't know if this is a bug in gmp, or of another program, but because I 
cannot update compiler/linker etc. on this machine, I hope its a gmp one ;)

When configuring I get an error when it comes to test compilation of 
globals with or without underscores...

This is the uname -a of the system I tried to compile it on :
SunOS s34 5.9 Generic_112233-11 sun4u sparc SUNW,Sun-Blade-100
